The Federal University Otuoke invites applications from JAMB UTME candidates for Part-time Degree Programme Screening Exercise into the University for the 2021/2022 Academic Session. Interested candidates are to be guided by the following

HOW TO OBTAIN FUOTUOKE PART-TIME DEGREE PROGRAMMES FORM  2021 ?

Sale of Application Forms commences on Friday, 17th  December 2021 and ends on Thursday , 31th  March 2022.

Completed Application Forms are to be submitted ONLINE not later than Thursday 31th March 2022.

DURATION OF PROGRAMMES

The programme is for a period of five [05] academic years

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants are required to have Credit Passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB at least Five [05] subjects which must include: English Language, Mathematics and any other Three [03] subjects as may be specified by each Department. The credits must be obtained not more than Two [02] sittings

HOW TO APPLY FOR FUOTUOKE PART-TIME DEGREE  PROGRAMME ?

Candidates are to make a Non-refundable payment of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only by using an Interswitch Verve enabled or Master card for the application form.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE FUOTUOKE PART-TIME DEGREE  APPLICATION

Candidates are required to upload the following documents:

1. Passport-size photograph
2.  Copy of 2021 JAMB UTME original result printout
3.  Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Ordinary Level result
4. Copy of LGA identification letter
5. Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
